At last i have got my favourite iron cannot be happier had a braun steam iron years ago it lasted a long time this first time i have seen one since had couple of steam irons but the same

I found that it glides well so did the previous version so no improvement here despite all the claims of the new sole it irons very well on the lower of the 2 steam settings i didnt find any need to move to the higher one on my pretty ordinary pile of ironing

Fortunately it can be resolved by using an extension but its not a cheap one its disappointing as it spoils unnecessarily a good iron so much so that i nearly gave it only 3 stars

Like the easy controls and weight of the iron found that you need to stand it on a solid surface otherwise tends to wobble
