The coffee machine is very nice and sturdy out of the box. It's a tad squarish in size, but the rounded corners are modern-looking. I own almost every single type of coffee machines/contraptions that you can think of.

Half the parts in the coffee maker can be removed to allow them to be washed. It's a bit more cleanup but you can either dump them into your compost or easily put them in the garbage and rinse. More environmentally friendly to do this. Make sure to pr... Read More

Cons

The carafe glass is thin, the carafe is quite heavy when full and when you pour it goes everywhere. It is almost impossible to pour without it dripping everywhere.

The fact that it is refurbished tells me it was a dud to begin with. The coffee it makes is mediocre.

Its easy to clean and so far works great.

Bought this to replace a braun that was extremely well-used until it began to leak and owed me nothing after several years of daily duty.

After a month of use it does not drip !

A little more expensive than your basic model but totally worth it.

For the price it would be difficult to do better.

Very happy with it, especially as it isn't that cheap.

Looks very nice on my counter too.

Better than cuisinart coffee makers that i purchased so far.

I am impressed with this german braun coffee maker and will never go to another brand here on out.

You have to order filter refills separately-they are a lot like brita filters.

I had the model lower than this and it made the coffee hotter .
