Pros

The water container lifts right up with the convenient handle. The only negative is the gold tone permanent filter.

If you like a good cup of coffee without the hassle, then this is the machine to get. This coffee is certified by the specialty coffee association. Anyone complaining about this not using k-cups is foolish.

Cons

The coffee maker makes good coffee but the electronics and the manual are inadequate and confusing. The deal with the special coffee ratings is a joke. It’s utter garbage packaged up in a sleek design. It's a design flaw.

The coffee maker won't brew. It is still under warranty, and i provided the receipt during the product registration process, but i can't find it now, so they won't help.

Coffee has a burnt taste no matter what i do! The drip stop feature is also a huge joke. The front has a dent where the switch for coffee or no drip is. It acts like something is blocking the spout where the coffee exits the brewer and into the cup.

Freaking terrible. It just *. Absolutely ridiculous. Great disappointment. What a joke.
