Just got used to not shaving and have only really * 2 or 3 times a week since. It shaves extremely close and after a couple of weeks i’ve found my shaving style to get a great shave.
The docking station was redesigned and much for ergonomic for cabinet space.

The razor worked flawlessly for the first 10 months. I reset the timer thinking that would help. It reset, but the lock issues continued. Under warranty for 24 months. Shipped and returned within one week.
With it once. Does not deliver a good shave. Don’t take a shaving holiday.
It is not ergonomic, it’s like holding a small brick. Cleaning is complicated. I dislike razor bumps.
This is the last braun i'm buying after decades of being a braun user. Try the panasonic machines you may be happier, and your wallet might be happier. At least the arc 5 can be returned if you are not satisfied.

Update: we sent it in to be fixed for braun’s warranty - they fixed it and had it back to us within the week.

It works much better than my previous one from a different brand.
At one time the panasonics seemed best to me, but some years back i feel that they got surpassed by other brands.

The series 9 pro trims neck hairs easily that were usually a problem for my series 7 shavers and the pro model does 23 day old chin stubble much more easily too

Prior to learning that method no electric razors at work because they would just make my skin feel like its on fire turn it red and i would get an embarrassing rash

Once i grew a beard i had to start looking for another razor to shave my neck below the beard
