This braun was more expensive but is well worth the extra £’s.

One thing that would be nice instead of the smart charger would be a usb charger but they are £5 on amazon.

Competitiveness
I have two earlier models of braun shavers and this is definitely the best.
I must reserve judgement on how cloe a shave one can get incomparison with the (dont mention it) old fashioned 'scraper' system.

I chose this after looking at reviews i moved from a rotary razor as that was not cutting close enough

I have found this to cut a lot closer without chafing my skinsome mentioned not being able to get close under the nose or by the ears i have not had that problem

The main issue i have found it cleaning the foil as it can take a bit of running under hot water and brush with the small brush to make sure all of the hair is cleaned out

Ive not used an electric razor for over 30 years but the increased costs and deteriorating quality of razor blades made me make the switch

The battery life is really good i went almost 4 weeks before the recharge light came on that is with shaving 6 days per week
