Pros

The noise is a bit loud, but bearable. My only complaint is that it does miss some long hairs. I was using a different brand and switched because of the good comments about this razor.

It was delivered within 8 hours. Battery testing exceed the advertised 60 minute runtime. Once it's charged, it fits right in the travel pouch. The battery lasts plenty long.

The braun series 7 7120s is a top-notch electric shaver that delivers a close and comfortable shave. The s7 hardware is nice, perhaps a little bit nicer than my s3. It shaves better than the s3, which probably has a dull blade.

The braun 7020s cuts as efficiently as my name-brand dedicated clippers. The clipper attachment easily mounts on the handle. The trimmer attachment gives a little more control, but you trade that for the convenience of an integrated pop-up trimmer.

Cons

The shaver misses so many hairs, it is very difficult to clean, the shaver is not sharp enough and it is expensive to replace the heads. It takes 3 times as long to shave as my 8 year old norelco 3-head.

The customer is irresponsible, disconnecting for only 2 minutes each time and then starting over. This product is terrible. Very finicky and inconvenient.

Competitiveness

Prior to buying this braun i had a philips norelco rotary razor, but i could no longer find heads for that razor so it was time to switch.

I have had other brands of shavers before which were still nice, but this thing is next level.

The series 7 was less than 1/3 the costs, runs much quieter, is much lighter and shaves almost as well.
