I'm so happy with this purchase - it performs beyond expectations, that i doubt i'll ever look back. Used them both, braun wins!
The 3000 series looks like a relic from a bygone era. The clean & charge station is a game-changer, ensuring my shaver is always clean, hygienic, and ready for the next use.
Braun series 9 9370cc is a top-notch electric shaver that has exceeded my expectations. The shave is very smooth, even over the tough areas. The shaver is well oiled. The panasonic arc5 and the braun 9 series are my first electric shavers.
The braun cutter head gives me a better shave. I definitely have the chops to be talking about the misfortune of ingrown hair and burning skin breakouts. The inclusion of a precision trimmer is also a nice touch, allowing for detailed grooming and sha... Read More
Cons
This razor is awful. The trimmer is completely useless. This razer struggles to shave!
The only functional light on there is the charging led. I contacted customer service and had to mail it back and wait 6 or seven weeks for a response.

Price for the product is on par for what you get
I got this for a pretty good deal, but even at full price i wouldn't feel bad about it.
Shipping
The only glitch was after ordering/tracking it was on the way but never arrived.
I contacted amazon and another was shipped and arrived in a few days.
Competitiveness
The one on my previous series 7 was far superior.

But ive had this for 3 years and now it goes into a crazy high speed and will barely recharge
