Pros

Rain is the only shaver i used since my high school years (late fifties) and now i am almost 80. The shave is just as close as it was with the panasonic, if not a bit closer. It shaves in half the the time than the old series 7.

Overall, this is a fantastic razor. This one really takes the cake. A big upgrade from my series 7.

Cons

The price is laughable and hardly worth even discussing. If the price were a mere fifty bucks i'd still be returning mine. Beware of the adds etc. Not my experience or even close. Do not buy, it is not worth it.

This is not returnable through amazon. The return process is ridiculous though and will be a deal breaker for me as far as buying braun products in the future. For free repair, the repair center wants purchase receipt that's less than 2 years!

The trimmer is terrible and a downgrade from the series 7. The rest of the device seems more cheaply made now. Compared with the 7 and 8 series, it's pathetic.
