Pros

New cartridge is a grand slam. Replaced the head after using the shaver for 2 or 3 years. Made a huge difference in the shave. Good news is that it's like having a brand new top of the line razor.

The build is also outstanding. This company is wonderful in helping with any shipping/ delivery issues. Quick to respond and resolve concerns.

Cons

The second year after replacing my shaver head, the shave feels slow and dull and takes longer to shave. Brand-new blades shave quite well, but the shave quality diminishes quickly.

Braun advertises that it will last 7 years. They recommend that you replace every 18 months on the package. It is past the eligible date for return and refund.

The foil develops holes and scratches the face looking like you * with a piece of broken glass. If i try to use the blade with a hole in the foil my face turns into a scrapped up mess and it takes a day or two for me to recover.

What a difference this genuine bayer replacement is compared to the cheap generic i bought previously

Ive had less than ideal experiences with cheaper 34offbrand34 replacement razor heads so i ponied up and spent the bucks

I always use the braun brand because i have had excellent results with them and question if cheaper replacements would work as well
