Quality

I am so impressed with the build quality and power of this epilator it really has exceeded my expectations.

Easy to use and very effective and it hasn't irritated my skin at all.

So many pinched bits of skin that result in cuts, even from careful use - avoid bikini area!

I'm not going to lie, with no attachments and for the first time doing my underarms ever, it stung.

Price

I have been looking for a good reasonable priced one for beginners and this was the chosen one.

I don't write many reviews but after reading a lot about this before spending the money, because let's be honest it's not cheap!

After 10 years with my trusty old epilator, i spent £20 on a new one and got less than i paid for.

Bought it on sale so it is pretty good value.

Shipping

Ordered this from amazon when it arrived half of the product was missing and the security tags had clearly been opened.

I just received my braun, delivery was really so fast and the box wasn't damaged.

Packaging/appearance

Mine didn’t have the exfoliation brush and it wasn’t pictured on the box that came.

Competitiveness

I can’t really compare to other modern epilators but i have been really impressed with this one and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

I haven't tried other epilators, so i can't offer a comparison.

I had to use a multifunctional adaptor in the end, connected to a us to uk adaptor to be able to use it.
