Any true coffee lover would be very pleased with this product.

I am horribly disappointed in the choices/varieties of disc flavors available though.

If i hadn't bought the second bosch for my office, i would have been moderately happy with the braun system.

Shipping

They seem to have whatever i need, right in stock, and at no shipping cost if over $50.

The only problem was the water reservoir was cracked - that may have happened during shipping .

I prefer to make my own chai at home (it's easy and i make it a couple quarts at a time and keep it stashed in the fridge).

Braun negatives: lid on water container could be better, this one tends to easily slip into the container.

My wife had the gevalia carmel macchiato.

Competitiveness

Not much of a cofee drinker but i will make myself a cup every once in awhile.

You can improve upon it by using a 'latte' or 'capuccino' disc.

I did a little research before i bought a tassimo beverage system.

I order t-discs from tassimo and gevalia online.
