Pros

Wish it had an always-on ambient backlight.

The alarm clock uses a single aa battery (included) the face is 75 mm square (3 inches) including the plastic case around the lcd. The clock automatically synchronizes to the radio signal at 2 am, 8 am, 2 pm, and 8 pm.

Cons

The alarm is very feeble. The display on my unit is very dim. Switches back to 24 hour clock & there’s no way to fix it.
