Pros
This product is amazing and did everything it said it was supposed to do. Chi is great for that. It’s fantastic product. Would recommend the cream.
After being pregnant, the waves are impossible to get rid of. My hair is thick and wavy after blow drying it’s straight and silky smooth.
I have very frizzy hair and it smooths it perfectly. It keeps my hair from looking frizzy without making it oily.
Cons
The scent when it dries isn't appealing to me. Just hangs kind of half way with no body.
If it straightens your hair, it's due to sheer weight. Never dried properly, didn't straighten, and was very unpleasant to use. My hair is thin and curly.

For me this a great thing for my dryish texture and my consistent use of blow drying and flat ironing.
This actually enhances my curls and is a very lightweight formula.
After the first use i still noticed the oily/greasy roots and the second use i applied only from the roots to mid length.
Even if i straighten my hair, it still won’t look or feel as silky and smooth as it does when i merely blow dry with this product.
Price
It’s a little pricy but, i definitely recommend it!
And it goes a really long way so don’t worry about the price whatsoever.
It is expensive, but i use it 3 times a week, the size of a dime, and this bottle lasts me a year.
I didn't buy it for a while because of the price, then my family got me somee for xmas.

I would run a small amount through my hair about 20m after my shower at night then blowdry it use a hairdryer brush for about 1015m
