This broiler pan almost seems to bake right into the enamel coating. In addition, this is grossly overpriced compared to the manufacturer's web site. Not a good value.

I swear, it's like the pan and food have an agreement not to stick to each other.

Over time the original pan which came with the broiler was coated with residual 34gunk34 from the cooking spray

Even when i became more aggressive with the scrubbing i still could not remove all the stuff that seemed to be permanently affixed to the pan

Addendum i got a little disgusted with the buildup and decided to attempt to clean the pan with a steel wool pad
