Pros
This toaster is superb and works far better than the old one. Easy to change plates for paninis etc and removable plates makes cleaning very easy. Perfect for triangle toasties, paninis and a waffle maker.
Cons
Construction is quite flimsy which surprised us. The box was not sealed so all the contents leak out. Checking manual/googling doesn't give any answers.
Stainless steel on the front of this seems a bit tinny, it marks even with fingerprints and doesn't clean off easily. The removable plates are a nice feature yet it comes with the price of the bottom plate not being secure at all and wobbling all over... Read More
Highlights
Quality
Very good quality, easy to change plates, warms up quickly.
Product is solid and seems well made.
Having bought two in the past where the plates were not fully non stick, this one is still 100% non stick after months of use.
I’ve tried all the leading bread brands, all too small to seal properly.
Price
It takes a bit longer to cook items than i would like but for the price and versatility it is a great buy.
Competitiveness
Have owned other brands and this is by far the best so far.
Purchased this as a replacement for a different brand that was disappointing.
I bought this tostie maker years ago i had to get the other plates separately.

Having owned a breville toastie maker in the past i wasnt disappointed but this thing doesnt get as hot as previous ones ive owned whilst not an issue for sandwiches it sucks at waffles

It takes at least twice as long as advertised and even then the waffles are a bit lacking of colour

Brought for toasties only trouble is the bread keeps separating sticking to the plates used butterly oil olive spreadlike speed ease of use

As pics show waffles made are a bit on the anemic side but stil got that all important crunch
