Pros & Cons
Pros
The breville pan is solid construction, easy to clean, and works well on my gas stove. The chef's pan (regardless of make) is my most used piece of cookware. Deep dish cooking with a lid - like a convection cooker, and non-stick.
It heats evenly (we have a gas stove) and cleans up great. Food cooks so quickly and evenly, its amazing.
Cons
The design is abysmal. It's close to impossible to pour from this pan without holding on to the main handle and the helper handle.
Highlights
Quality
The heat distribution is amazing, the non stick quality is great and it looks really nice.
Quality product i expect will last for many many years.
Shipping
The heat cooks so evenly and fast, its amazing.
Competitiveness
We use this daily and threw our other similar pans out - they just don't compete!
It's hard for me to reccomend a pan that costs as much as my light bill.
