Pros
Great for a speedy coffee with 3 second heat up. The key is in getting the grind size right (needs to be fine) and good quality beans. This coffee machine is compact in size.
This is a surprisingly competent machine and has some nice features if you're not an enthusiast. compact, stylish and easy to use.
The machine is a little light, so you need to steady it when attaching the portafilter, but it's lightness also helps moving it around easily. Also, it is not too bulky but not too light as well.
Auto steam wand purge is great to keep it clean. The drip tray is relatively small so i recommend emptying after each use. The milk jug is a bit small but i do over fill it.
Cons
Coffee quality is hit and miss at best. Dispensing coffee and steam wand stop after a few seconds.
The bambino is rubbish. It’s quite expensive for something that you cannot grow your skills on. Very disappointed in this product.

Packaging/appearance
So it might move around when ya trying to put the portafilter.
This is also the case if there is insufficient water in the container or if the holes in the wand need additional purging.
Competitiveness
As soon as milk is done, get your portafilter in, and pour your shot to taste.
As some people reported, a portafilter may be very stiff to attach/remove initially (it may loosen up over time).

Had issues with a new barista touch and in hindsight i am glad as i got my money back and was able to purchase a much simpler machine that arguably produces as good or better espresso and coffees in combo with the breville smart grinder pro as the barista touch
