Pros

Using the machine also has to be one of the easiest experiences. It's very intuitive and allows for just enough hands-on work. Machine guides you through every step of setting up the machine.

Comes with a milk frothing cup for steamed milk and patterns to pour into your cup. The alternative milk settings are a huge bonus since i am diary free. Have not used the steamer for milk.

The quality of the espressos that i can make with it is much better than anything i have found in my local coffee shops. Everything blends very well, and i have not tried anything so far that i have disliked. The silky smooth microfoam is amazing.

Cons

There isn't any paperwork in the box stating what was done. They also want to send the machine off for repair, a lengthy process that puts the customer last. Not sure how to get actual customer warranty repair service.

I get it, it's an expensive machine. Take heed before purchasing it.

As someone who has never drank coffee and just now getting to like mochas and lattes, i have zero idea what makes good coffee or espresso.

Price

This has saved me so much money already.

In the long run it is worth every penny even though it cost a lot to buy.

365 x $5 is $1,825 a year you're spending on coffee.

Even if you had to buy a new machine every year it's still cheaper than going thru those drive-thrus!

Shipping

So one day, scrolling through amazon, i found this machine on sale.

Unless you have a source nearby, i’d recommend getting a mail order subscription to get freshly roasted espresso beans.

I sent the machine in for repair and it was returned about a week later.

Competitiveness

It makes coffee just as good as starbucks.

I make my own coffee every morning and it's better than coffee i could get at starbucks or other coffee shops.

By no means is it blue bottle quality but it’s better than starbucks.

But the coffee is very good - better than you can get at starbuck's or duncan and you can get it right at home.
