Pros
Lid is a little tricky to get off after blending but it's by no means a deal breaker. Crushes ice really well and love the blending. Smoothies which we have every morning very smooth, mine have almonds and the almonds are blended down no chunks.
This is the best mixer i've had so far. Made amazing hummus with this machine. Great blender for veg and smoothies.
A great buy in my opinion. Worth every penny. Really appreciate the timed control.
It has the auto clean function, which saves time scrubbing. It cleans up easy and look good. It pulverizes anything i throw in it and cleans up perfectly in the dishwasher.

Cons
I believe it was a defective unit. It's loud, often ineffective at getting all the chunks out, and the highest setting (5) is only for show as the electric motor is not powerful enough to operate at that speed. Really disappointing machine considering... Read More

It is a bit too tall to stand under the cupboards though if you put the lid on because of the raised ring on the lid
