Pros

The grinder is extremely quiet compared to others i have owned. Grinds directly into the portafilter, saves time. It seems they don't sell the plastic burr version anymore.

This is a great introductory grinder for all coffee applications. Push button start/stop. No timer-circuitry to mess around with.

Amazing, consistent grind. Range is unbelievable. Good grind control. Grinding on 16.



Cons

Their only option is to issue a refund. This time they want me to send it off to be repaired for $110.

    You will need a smallscale to weigh your grounds at first to figure out your proper « dose » for an espresso or coffee puck

    Only thing to note if you fill up your coffee beans in the canister and end up not liking those beans get ready for a mess taking off the canister filled with coffee beans

    Drinking only one brand of coffee gets a little boring and the preground is really only fresh for the first week for aroma etc
