Pros

The breville coffee maker is easy to set up and easy to use. It makes great tasting and hot coffee, using the gold setting. Amazon continues to entice me to purchase this coffee maker because i checked it out on amazon.

Cons

Breville has yet to restock this product for over a year, so, leaving my expensive unit rendering useless. Sent it back. Reset the machine twice and still would not work.

Glass carafe coffee maker doesn't work properly. Coffee drips out of the basket every time the pot is pulled out to pour coffee. White backsplash is now permanently stained.

The breville maker has the bonus programable features that i need to get the day going.

It comes prepped with filters, descaling packets, water hardness tester, basic info.

We had a serious issues with another brand.
