I had bought a few 150-300$ units from here such a gevi and i wish i just did this from the onset
It's cost-effective and consistently delivers high-quality espresso.
I do have a commercial home unit and a separate grinder that cost me $1500 for both.
I didn't get mine on amazon, but the black friday sales right now are a steal.

Delivered early which was a nice surprise.

Competitiveness
It makes coffee better than starbucks at a fraction of the cost and will have everyone dubbing you their new barista.
As far as the 870xl, i can definitely tell the difference in taste.
This works fine but not so sure there aren't better options.
