Big shout out to amazon and breville. When deciding what to buy, the options are absolutely mind boggling. Few and fewer every day are as customer oriented as this one.
The breville dose control pro coffee bean grinder is an excellent grinder to use with this machine. I roast my own coffee, blend my own espresso, and only top shops ever get my outside biz. Layered sweetness and cocoa.
Great cappuccino/espresso maker. I have some time to get this straightened out. Will update on the progress of making perfect capuccino as well.
If you do need to scoot this machine across the counter, it has an ingenious method for having wheels pop out. And the hidden compartment for a few tools is a nice touch.
Cons

Their appliances are shoddy. The two sizes are both discontinued. I suspect that when this finally gets to a breakage point, that the next repair wont be free.
The brewing group appears to be substandard. Water runs down the side of the boiler to a grounding bar some of the wires are attached to.

This machine is worth every penny and is a must-have for any espresso enthusiast.
I really expected more for what i paid for this machine.
They could not fix the old one so i got a new one at no additional cost.
Shipping
Breville sent box and prepaid for shipping.
Now after only a shot or two everyday it’s been sent off for servicing to breville.
That included shipping from and to me.
It gets to temp in a reasonable time.
Packaging/appearance
They even sent packing materials conformed to the machine.
Boxed it up, sent it back, got a box today and opened it expecting my old machine made new.
Out of the box things were easy, he already had a grinder and we started making espresso right away.

Also at the twoyear mark the steam wand has developed a slow drip leak on my machine

This only when the machine is on and if the steam wand is over the drip tray it is not enough water to overflow the drip tray yet
