Pros
The breville is sturdy, powerful and impressive. This food processor is worth every penny! At this point i am very happy with the breville, but if things go sideways, i will come back and update this review.
It cleans up pretty easily. Very intuitive. Big batches are more efficient in terms of cleanup time.
The breville cuisinart 2. Is a superior product. The blades are super sharp and have not shown any dulling. The adjustable thickness on the slicing blade is great. Makes quick work shredding cheese and slicing vegetables.

A well-engineered grating, shredding, and slicing blade that can be adjusted for slice thickness or thinness.
To top it all off, the powerful motor slices through even the toughest of ingredients.
The casing around the base was made of an off gray polymer material.
Price
It’s worth the extra price by far.
I was hesitant to spend so much on a food processor.

The sous chef 12 appears to have gotten a lot of feedback from users and i suspect it went through a lot of testing and iterations before breville releases it

The bowl is made of a thicker plastic that has the feel of being hard to crack or otherwise damage

The bottom of the bowl has a sealed center bearing so no leakage if you fill the bowl more than halfway
