It's heavy and noisy, which could be bothersome if used late at night. The accessory storage is a dream for organization lovers! It also includes an accessory storage box that conveniently keeps all the attachments in one place.
The breville dishwasher is very sturdy, easy to use, and easy to clean. It is more expansive than some other brands, but you will not be disappointed. Breville's detergent is gentle and gentle on the skin.
The stainless steel blades are incredibly sharp and make quick work of chopping and slicing. Blades are sharp, but the design is safer than other food processors that i have used.

I hope this review deters others from buying your products until you clean up your sales practices. The company tries to make its money on complicating the lives of their consumers by having expensive add-ons.
It isn't even 7 months since i bought this horrendous piece of junk for $400. Since i have owned it for over a year, it no longer qualifies for warranty repair or replacement. They have an 7 year minimum warranty on everything.

Spend the money on this one, it is so worth the cost.
But, if i had to nitpick, the price is definitely on the higher side.

This is an incredible product because it is packed with features that make meal prep a breeze.
The accessory storage box is a neat addition, keeping everything organized and easily accessible.
The storage box that came with the conversion kit, not so much.
Competitiveness
The breville sou chef pro is the best food processor money can buy.
Although costlier than other food processors we've owned (and we've been through many of them) this has been more than worth the price!
It does chops more evenly, after comparing potato chop in my cuisinart.
I know it is little more expansive than some other brands, but you will not be disappointed.

Fairly easy to clean although you have to remember its not dishwasher safe so at least rinse it off good right after using so the food doesnt dry on it
