Pros

The breville 'a bit more' plus 4-slice toaster fits four standard or two large sourdough slices. It toasts more evenly than some toasters and the quality feels good. Lift while toasting feature is excellent as is the 'little bit more' timer button.

Cons

Bread will be burnt in some spots and un-toasted in others. It toasts very unevenly, with one side being heavily browned, while the other side is barely toasted at all.

Simple and easy to use, works well

I do like this toaster and its still going strong after a few months but it can cook the bread a bit unevenly at times.

If 6, the top setting , is not enough, cook on four twice - the settings seem to br linear which is clever.

Price

It's a great toaster but i highly recommend paying a few bucks more for the coloured one.

It was shipped so quick and easy.

I emailed breville customer service for assistance (as their helpline number was useless) and received no reply.
