The quality is outstanding and it cleans so simply.
So far i am very happy with the purchase, it's easy to clean, and very user friendly.
This is my first juicer, i had only other reviews to help me with the purchase, so thought i would share my experience.
I bought the model with the 'puree' feature but i doubt if i would ever use it.
Competitiveness
Works like a champ, much better than cheap juicers
I could not tell it was a refurb.

This machine was purchased basically to juice apples from my tree to prep for homemade hard cider

I have ran 3 bushels of apples at one sitting and the machine has no problem keeping up

It takes approximately 12 apples on the 5 setting before filling the juice container where you havd to shut off the machine to dump
