Pros
Microwave does everything it promises, and it's better looking than most. It heats beautifully and the sleek black interior looks clean and modern. Where my wife tests microwaves is in the defrost area. This microwave is a great purchase.
It is easy to use, rather intuitive. The knob for time is a great idea. It has both a dial and *.
The exterior dimensions are nearly identical to what it replaces. The interior dimension is slightly narrower, but slightly taller - a little more cube shaped. The size is nice - fits dinner plates, but does not look gigantic.
There's a button to silence beeps and the door has a gentle quiet-close feature when you give it a push. The soft close and gentle open are everything.
Cons
Glass tray always falls out of the groves so you can't put anything in it right away until you correct the tray. Started to smell a burnt odor as well. It easily pops out of 4 metal tabs holding it in place.
After six months, about every third time i open the door, i hear a pronounced click and each time i hear that, the door will not close. There is no feeling of the door being closed or latched. Door still feels flimsy.

It's a bit pricey, $250 for a microwave but it sure delivers.
Returned it and decided to double our budget on this baby.
