Pros

Really pleased with this purchase. Bought as a replacement for 12 year old russell hobbs. Toaster itself looks smart, although a bit disappointed that the outer casing is plastic rather than metal.

Matching colour with my kettle. It is very easy to use and the browning degree can be adjusted. Nice colour to match any kitchen unit in cream.

Great for reheating and toasting from frozen bread. Everything comes out evenly toasted.

Cons

It toasts one side ok but leaves the other pale. Doesn't toast evenly. In us they toast on only one side of the slice of bread?
