Pros & Cons
Pros
The breville oven toasts much more evenly and efficiently than any i've tried previously. It bakes excellent biscuits that browned nicely, cakes, brownies and cookies as well as pizza which we bakes in a 10”x8. Pan. Our primary goal for replacing our ... Read More
Heats rapidly and evenly. Does not make a mess like air fryers and convection ovens. Above all, the quartz elements preheat much faster than ovens that rely on simple resistance coils. Comes with an optional grill and heater.
The breville oven lets you add a bit more time without having to reset entirely. And the bit more button is genius. It's so simple to use, and accurate.
Cons

Highlights
Quality
Compact, easy to operate and works great
The overall quality and size of this oven work well in my kitchen.
The top surface is bare metal without any insulating coating and it gets hotter than any toaster oven i’ve ever had.
After 10 years of daily use our breville started to fade.
Price
Though it’s a bit pricey it’s well worth it.
For $350, i was hoping it could have lasted longer.
Shipping
He concluded it should be replaced, sent me instructions to ups it back.
Competitiveness
We have tried 4 different brands and styles and this one is perfect for us.
The other companies are really focusing on the large toaster ovens.
It also has a countdown timer for baking, whereas the cuisinart inferno model did not have that.
