Pros

It replaces an older breville we used for years. It not only looks good but is very easy and intuitive to use. It's easy to use just don't let the door slam.

Although there are still large grill marks on the bottom of the bread, both top and bottom are now about equally toasted. Great toaster. Only issue is there's no indefinite on for toast.

It cooks do much faster and evenly. It cooks and reheats to perfection. Use the cheap, supplied black enameled square broiler dish beneath other vessels to catch any spill/boil over.

Combi 3 is oven, air-fryer and microwave all in one. The optional $25 cutting board for the top helps dissipate heat. Built-in fan to circulate the air for more even heating.

Cons

Shorted out the outlet, turned on by itself and emitted error codes. Breville site says that it's an internal error code that can only be fixed by a breville repair facility.

Despite its compact size, it doesn't compromise on functionality, offering 8 cooking modes.

Price

It's a little pricey but it is very durable (last us for 5-6 years), easy to clean and aesthetically nice.

The convection version was a minimal price addition over the non-convection so i got the convection for versatility.

However, a more affordable price would have been the cherry on top.
