The oven completely crappies out today. We were a little disappointed for the unstable quality of this item.

Well made and love love the brand

It has broiled, baked, toasted everything i put in it perfectly.

Shipping

They sent a new replacement unit the following day with a free return shipping label for the noisy one i had received from amazon.

The new unit arrived in 4 days and i was able to return the old unit in the replacement unit's shipping materials.

Packaging/appearance

Very happy with the purchase; looks very elegant in my kitchen counter!

Competitiveness

Since breville is at a different level of quality and fonction than other kitchen small appliances.

Had i known, i should have bought this instead of the several other brands that we disposed off.

Can not compare with a real toaster but that is what happens when you have multi function thing
