Pros

Happy with my purchase and works great. Works great in our breville smart air pro and is remarkably sturdy and heavy for what it is. It's a keeper for us.

This works with not only left over pizza we are reheating, but also on making fresh, homemade pizzas. Works well for shrimp on the grill or green beans, corn etc. Helps in reheating pizza or sandwiches.

Good non-stick coating. Cleans like a dream. Hot soapy water and cloth is all that is needed.

This pan matches the pans that came with the breville convection oven. Does a better job of crisping with it by itself, but drips less onto the oven bottom when over the other pan. Both methods are crisper than the regular pan alone.

Pizzas come out of the over with thoroughly heated toppings and a crisp crust. Makes the bottom crust a bit more crispy than the pizza pan that comes with the oven. Bakes to perfect crispiness.

Cons

It's also quite messy when making home made pizza. The cheese still drips through the holes creating a cleaning mess.

Quality of the pan is great and fits perfectly in my breville bov645 model oven.

Very sturdy and not too thin or flimsy.

The crust cooks evenly with the holes on the underside.

Since i got this my pizzas come out crispier and not burnt.

Price

I just love the flavor and they always happen to be on sale somewhere.

Works well, however given the cost of the unit this should have been a standard feature, not an extra.

Shipping

Would have been polite of the seller to wash the item prior to shipping.

Competitiveness

The one that came with the breville is fine but this one crisps so much better.

Perhaps it works better on different frozen pizza's.
