Easy to clean especially with the newly designed crumb tray. Meatloaf also does well. Cakes seem to do well also as do cookies, especially frozen cookie dough.

The breville oven is easily accessible as it sits on the counter where food is right at arms reach. The wolf is $700 and is a bit much to consider, but is it any better in quality? To buy or not to buy.

Before it broke -- it cooked nicely. Toasts upside great, downside half-toasted. While these ovens look and cook great, they are not durable.

We're at 26 months now (admitedly, of heavy use), and the unit started making a horrendous growling sound. The fan motor seizes and could be a fire hazard. The third is on the way out making noise.
