Right front section tends to get slightly hotter than the rest of the oven. So…i now preheat the oven without the convection fan turned on. Retains heat with excellence.

Is it perfect? It’s pretty darn close though. Seems senseless the way things have changed. There is no indication that i would need to replace this marvel.

I bake bread, cookies, muffins, english muffins the times and temperatures are spot on. One thing i like is the pizza settings which seem to be fairly well calibrated.

I'm really disappointed in customer service and not being able to get it repaired. The email says to reply to this email with the info, which i do, and it bounces back.

Many people report failures around the 2 year mark. This means in 2 yrs 4 mos, its only been used about 4 months time. Now it's almost at the 3 year mark and the thermostat or heating elements seem to be failing.
