Pros
Great for anything from a quick risotto, slow or fast pasta sauce or stews. Original crock-pot slow- cooker has a ceramic bowl.
The inner pot and lid are easy to clean, removing the lid is a simple process. I love this easy, versatile and time-saving appliance.
Cons
The inner pot isn't dishwasher friendly as claimed (or mine was faulty) the outer layer was damaged leaving powder-like residue on it's first wash. Even trying to hand wash it, the residue persists and seems unsafe to continue using. I feel a bit ripp... Read More

If you are looking at geeting one be aware that the cooking times do not include the time it takes for the unit to heat up preheat and release steam cool down

The downsides to this is being a large size it takes 10 mins to heat up and the size of unit can make it hard to store
