Pros
Cleaning is easy thanks to the non stick coating and the removable drip tray. No fat flying all over the range or oven, with a messy clean-up. No oil to cook your goodies, so everything comes out grease-free.
The ribbed plate design is perfect for grilling as well. Tried various sandwiches and veggie burgers. Cooks fast, cooks good.
The temperature dial is a great improvement over lower-end models. The adjustable height control ensures that the food is evenly cooked.
Cons
Don't be fooled by there pictures or description. About a year after purchasing, the on off switch stoped working. This product is a fire hazard and should not be used unattended.

I would give 5/5 stars if the grill did not suddenly stopped working after six months of almost daily use.

It is worth every penny and will last for a long time.

But i really like my grill, and said, it's not thru that i will spend 149$ for a new gril.
99$ and you have 12 switch, so for 1$ i will be able to repair my gril.
Shipping
Again, item was delivered after barely a week or so.
My first purchase had a faulty hinge, but amazon replaced the item promptly.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging was neat and comes with manuel!

The specific model had been discontinued and i got this one even though its somewhat larger than the old one

This grill has bars top and bottom the heating plates open up wider and theres the ability to crank up the temperature for other uses besides sandwich grilling

Everything i grill gets super bars and are all evenly heated throughout
