The board has silicone feet on the bottom so the heat of the toaster oven doesnt burn the board although the board still gets fairly warm after the toaster oven has been on for awhile

First i thought i didnt need this but the oven top gets very hot so best not to have it open

Unfortunately i got excited about my breville smart oven air coming and just saw that this was for a breville smart oven its just not for the air

It certainly makes the space above the oven usable now since it was too hot to put anything on it without the board
