I was surprised that for a supposedly highend appliance it had no timer and the top seems a bit thin and flimsy also that the top isnt glass so you can see whats going on inside without actually open it and releasing heat

I never leave the house when its cooking this is not the type of model where you go to work and come home to food thats ready to eat

I set the insert crosswise on my sink to fill it with water to wash with the handles resting on the edges of an acrylic sink
