Pros
Hinged top makes a perfect panini. Works very well without squishing the bread as some models do. Kids make their own sandwiches for school and she no longer has to worry about that chore.

Very satisfied. Bought the other 2 as gifts. Best purchase ever. Very awesome, would definitely recommend.
Cons
Lacks the versatility of other products in this price range. Design without a hinge doesn't give even grilling. Too does not heat equal to bottom.

This is way cheaper that their grill which was amazing before dying after 3 years - hoping it's just a fuse and i can fix it.

It’s a bit of time to figure the grill out as it heats up really fast and when you put the griddle down it really overcast the food very fast so it’s a great piece just need some practice cooking lol

Our only complaints are it is heavy for my wife who does not have a lot of strength and it is a shade too large for our kitchen cupboards so we have to store it elsewhere
