So far so good, seems like an excellent toaster, but it does take awhile to get used to settings and controls

It is sturdy, looks great, toasts anything perfectly.

I have only had it less than a week, but have made toast, english muffins and had 8 people over for blts.

Was a tiny smell on 1st heat up of heating elements; not plastic or strong chemical smell.

While i wasn't found of what i had to pay to get it, it seems that in toasters, you do get what you pay for.

For service and information after a sale, they are, as expected, "there".

A little spendy but worth it when you are ready to quit messing around with a cheaper brand.

Shipping

The vendor, sur la table, shipped promptly and the toaster arrived in brand new condition, as it should.

It took a long time to get here but it was worth the wait.

Oh-h--h, and their packaging is the best we have experienced.

Not only is their product line beyond comparison, but they have first-class personnel who know their stuff!
