Yes its still an expensive toaster but if youre willing to pay for products whose execution is head and shoulders above the rest its money wellspent

At first i thought this toaster was defective in that bagels and toast would not pop up when finished toasting

After calling customer service who were very prompt in getting back to me they suggested that i remove the bottom trays and turn the unit upside down to shake any crumbs out and try it again before i send it back

There were no crumbs in the toaster because it was brand new but i think the clean out trays had to be reseated for it to work correctly

Update to my previous review i have had the toaster for more than 1 year now and have had some issues
