It cleans most of the parts (some of them hard to reach and potentially fragile) it leaves no soapy residue or foreign flavors or smells. All are sparkly clean after just one packet!

This product is easy to use, with one - important - caveat. The product itself, once you memorize the directions (or print them out from some digital source), solves a number of problems.
Cons
Filling your tea-maker halfway with distilled white vinegar and running a cycle does the same thing. I usually just boil water and not use the tea making function.

Granted it’s expensive but may as well just buy it and have it work the first time instead of continuing to try things that don’t
