Pros
Perfectly brewed, perfect temperature. If you drink tea all day long and like it fresh brewed, this is very nice. There is a keep warm function that keeps the pot warm for 30 mins after brewing. For constant drinkers of loose teas, a perfect brewer.
The tea infuser is attached to the lid by a set of magnets. This means that those leaves flow right into your teacup when pouring the tea. The basket for the tea and the lid are magnetic so they don’t move when pouring.
The controls let you choose your steeping time. When it finishes steeping it automatically goes into a keep warm setting for 30 minutes. You don't have to be on immediate standby when the timer goes off.
The different components are kind of sticky too in terms of separating the different parts. It is also easy to wipe clean.
Cons
The infuser is a true aggravation to remove. As soon as i push start bottom, all my kitchen electrical outlets stop working. The steeping time has to be set and then the start timer button pressed to start steeping.
Unless one brews only black or pu-erh tea or herbal tisanes, a brewer is required. The long brew basket makes it difficult to remove the spent leaves from the basket.

For $150, this unit, while decent could use a few improvements.
My only real qualm is the price.
