Pros
The only problem i have is the detachment of tea basket. Variable temperature and brew time controls works perfectly.
Cons
It's too small and all this is an electric kettle with a fancy timer. Not worth the cost.

If you crack the glass carafe which can easily happen you cannot buy a replacement jug

If you are contemplating buying this infuser make sure you are aware of its small size i am mentioning this because one other reviewer complained about this
