Pros

Massive, heavy, strong. Built to last. It is very thoughtfully designed. The result is perfection. A little pricey but well worth the cost.

The waffle maker is so easy to use, and once you experiment with the various settings to find the combo to produce waffles the way you like them it is unbelievably easy. Remove gently with a fork.

This waffle maker turns out two hearty sized waffles at a time. This is the third breville appliance that we bought and really like.

Waffle maker has a moat to collect any batter overflow. This fills the waffle iron almost exactly and prevents overflow during cooking. Add 1 cup sourdough starter, fed or unfed (your potential discard starter).
