Was not impressed with the steam wand until i took the outside piece off.
One advantage is that some of the accoutrements from the old breville work with the new one.

Works good and the price was better then best buy or any otner stores.
The price is good for the high quality.
Packaging/appearance
Only thing i can complain about is that the machine is a bit low, so you can't fit a big mug underneath the dispenser.
Competitiveness
This is the best machine on the market for the price.
Maybe it could get more pressure but totally worth it for the price!
