Pros
It doesn't take too much space on the counter, it comes with everything you need, it is easy and quick to use. With a little research on espresso makers and making of espresso, am able to produce quality product every time.
Good - makes a great cup of espresso (and hence latte, cappuccino etc) key is to use 51mm unpressurized portafilter and a good burr grinder. Makes a quality espressos without much difficulty.
Cons
Disapointed customer and will shop for another brand. Save yourself the headache and money. I regret buying this model, i know breville produce better higher quality models.

I make bad lattes with this machine so they need to come with a barista for best experience
