Excellent machine, i have one at home and bought a second one for my shop.
The 15-bar thermoblock pump is the cherry on top, ensuring you get that barista-quality espresso every time.
I’ve only done minimal maintenance and of course regular cleaning.
Price
Wow i first bought the $500 duo and then it started leaking, this machine was way cheaper and it’s amazing!
Now that's what i call a brew-tiful deal!
For the price, this is a decent machine.
And it’s less expensive now that when i originally bought it.
Shipping
Shipped quickly, and not very difficult to use.
Packaging/appearance
The box came ripped, as though it had been previously opened and everything was thrown in the box haphazardly.
----‐-------------------------------------i only just received this product and was excited to open it.
Competitiveness
I purchased a different brand that broke after 10 mos.
I've looked at other models and other manufacturers and i think i would still choose this one.
It works, but not the same quality as higher end breville machines.
