This hand mixer is truly a game-changer. It is much heavier than my old kitchenaid hand held mixer. It's significantly more quiet than any other hand mixer we've ever heard.

Everyone made fun of me when this arrived the week of thanksgiving and heard the price.

I contacted breville customer service and opened a ticket and they will not respond.

Packaging/appearance

Also, the place on the box where the serial number is supposed to be located the sticker is missing and it is not on the mixer either.

A new, whole box should be taped as well.
